Student Liaisons - Three Positions

The Student Liaison will play a key role in supporting the leadership team in event promotion and execution. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Flyer Design & Promotion:
    • Create visually appealing flyers and promotional materials for upcoming events.
    • Coordinate timely printing and posting of flyers in designated areas.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Draft and schedule engaging posts across organizational platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Share event updates, countdowns, and reminders to boost visibility and engagement.
    • Monitor and respond to basic social media interactions related to the event.
  • Event Promotion:
    • Actively promote events among students through social platforms, class groups, and word-of-mouth outreach.
    • Help drive attendance and awareness by sharing posts and encouraging others to do the same.
  • On-site Event Support:
    • Assist the leadership team with setup, logistics, and registration during the event.
    • Help manage crowd flow, answer participant questions, and support the event team as needed.
  • Post-event Follow-up (Optional):
    • Help gather feedback through online forms or social media polls.
    • Share event highlights or photos on social media (with approval).
